This decision is taken by National Steering Committee of Primary and Mass Education Ministry on Sunday, 3rd August 2016. Primary and Mass Education Minister Mostafizur Rahman Fizar and Education secretary Kazi Akhter Hossain and Director General of Primary Education Department Shyamal Kanti Ghosh were among others were present at the meeting.

PSC Exam 2016 would be held from 11:00 am to 1:30 pm, but the handicrafts would get extra 20 minutes and PSC Exam 2016 fee has been allocated TK 60 Said an official. PSC Exam Results 2016 might be published on 28th December 2015. PSC Exam 2016 certificates would be given on 20th January 2016. For the first time, security tap would be used instead of the seal.

There is the total of 31 lakh of class V students will sit for the PSC Examination 2016. There is 27 lakh 99 thousand 613 examinees are from general line and 3 lakh 11 thousand 265 examinees will attend at PSC Exam 2016.

The Primary Terminal Examinations was introduced from 2009 and Ebtadayee Exams from 2010. And grade system was established on 2011. Before 2013, PSC Exam was held for 2 hours and the time has increased last year. There are 29 lakh 50thousand 193 examinees were attended the PSC Exam 2014, last year.

Junior School Certificate Exam Routine 2016 is going to be started on Sunday, November 01, 2016. The exam timing is 10 am to 1 pm.  JSC exam Routine going to announce officially. Bangla 1st paper will be held the first day in the examination. A student can use A general scientific calculator.

JDC exam will also be held at same time. JSC and JDC are the equivalent exams. JSC exam will be held under Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board and JDC exam will be held under Madrasah Board.
